Switching from Delivery to Pickup

Please follow these steps to schedule a pickup time, and email events@tilthalliance.org (opens in new tab) with “Order #xxxx Delivery Refund” in the subject line to receive a refund on your delivery fee:

  1. Go to https://tilthplantsale.org/products/globo-local-delivery
  2. You will be directed to a page that says “Local Delivery”, Quantity 1. (don’t worry about the name--this is how our system schedules pickup times)
  3. Click the brown button that says “Add to Cart”
  4. Next, click on the “Cart” button in the upper right of the storefront
  5. Wait for the page to load and a “Getting Your Plants” section to appear. You will not see your original order in the cart, we’ll match up your order with the new pickup time on our end.
  6. Select a “Pickup Date”
  7. Wait for delivery times to appear. If an error window appears that states “no slots available,” please select a different date.
  8. Select from one of the available 30-minute pickup times
  9. Enter your order number in the “Notes for pickup/delivery” box.
  10. Click “Checkout” and proceed with your order, using the same contact information as your initial order.
